We manage the contractors on your behalf. We are your expert eyes and ears during the construction period, and ensure works and finishes are completed as planned and within budget. Our lead consultant conducts weekly site meetings with the team, monitor construction schedules and progress, costs and quality while providing support to the contractor.

We conduct thorough site inspections to ascertain if the current design and layout of existing building / facilities conform to the current building codes, safety and other requirements of local building authorities, and submit a comprehensive report which includes timeline and cost estimates.
The client can then use the report to address any compliance issues and/or to decide if to carry out intended extensions or change of use projects, bearing in mind the authorities' requirements, timeframe and potential costs involved.
